Validity of the General Terms and Conditions
Conclusions of contracts, offers, deliveries and services of KF - HOLZ Kaltenegger GmbH, Gewerbepark Süd 2, 5141 Moosdorf, Austria (hereinafter referred to as "KF - HOLZ") are exclusively based on these General Terms and Conditions. The General Terms and Conditions shall be deemed accepted by the Customer upon placing the order for the goods.
The General Terms and Conditions can be changed at any time. The current version at the time of receipt of the Customer's order by KF-Holz shall apply.
Contract conclusion Correction possibility
The customer's order constitutes an offer. A contract is concluded only after acceptance on our part, at the latest with shipment of the goods.
An order is only possible if all mandatory fields marked with * in the order form are filled in. If any information is missing or if we cannot fulfill the order for any other reason, the customer will receive an error message. Before the final submission of the order, the customer is given the opportunity to correct his order. Supporting detailed information is given to the customer directly in the course of the ordering process.
As soon as the order process is completed, the customer is informed by an info window "Your order has been successfully completed. Your order has been received and will be processed immediately. You have received a confirmation e-mail with the order details for checking purposes!". This does not yet constitute acceptance of the customer's offer.
Acknowledgement of receipt
When the order is received by us, the customer will be notified of the receipt of his order via the e-mail address provided by him. This notification does not constitute an acceptance of his offer.
The purchase contract is stored by us for registered customers in their customer area in our OnlineShop and can be retrieved there at any time.
For non-registered customers, the purchase contract is not stored by us. If the customer wants to print or save the contract text after his order, he can do this with the confirmation email which he receives immediately after sending his order.
The contract language is German.
Binding the customer to his offer
The customer is bound to his order for 7 days from receipt of this order.
Receipt of the order
The date of receipt of the order shall be notified to the customer without delay within the scope of the confirmation of receipt.
Unless we immediately notify the customer that we do not accept his order, we shall deliver to the customer no later than 30 days after we have received his order.
All prices are inclusive of all taxes including sales tax and duties.
Our sales prices do not include the costs for delivery, assembly and installation. Our sales prices do not include shipping costs which are shown separately during the ordering process or can be called up in the "Delivery and shipping costs" section.
In case of a delivery to a non-EEA country, the consumer has to bear all import and export charges as well as any customs duties and fees and charges.
Due date / prepayment
If no other method of payment is agreed, the customer undertakes to pay the purchase price in full already upon conclusion of the contract. The delivery of the goods takes place only after receipt of payment.
For the timeliness of payment, the date of receipt on one of our accounts is decisive.
Payments can be made by advance payment/bank transfer or Paypal.
Right of withdrawal
Customers who are consumers within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act or similar laws in their respective countries of residence may withdraw from a contract concluded by distance selling (or a contractual declaration made by distance selling) within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the delivery of the ordered goods.
It is sufficient if the declaration of withdrawal is sent within the period without giving reasons. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays count towards the calculation of the deadline. However, 7 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) are available in any case.
In the case of withdrawal, a full or partial refund of the purchase price will only take place concurrently with the return of the goods received from the customer.
The goods should be returned in unused and as new resalable condition and in the original packaging. In the case of items that are impaired by signs of use, we will charge an appropriate fee for the reduction in value. The same applies if accessories or parts are missing when the goods are returned.

Return shipping costs
The costs of the return shipment shall be borne by the customer. If the goods are returned freight collect, we are entitled to retain or charge a corresponding amount. The costs will be refunded in the amount of the offered standard delivery. Express and cash on delivery surcharges will not be refunded.
The customer agrees that the following personal data, namely company, first name, last name, street, postal code, city, country, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address and date of birth are processed for order processing and for future "visits" to the webshop, for the personalization of webshop offers.
Under no circumstances will this data be passed on to third parties. This consent can be revoked in writing at any time.
Declaration of consent to receive advertising e-mails - revocation
The customer agrees to receive news from our company about our products, current offers and other company-related information by means of promotional e-mail, in particular newsletters.
The customer may revoke his consent to receive such e-mails at any time as follows:
Returning the e-mail to the sender's address with the note "Please no further promotional e-mails."
Place of performance
The place of performance for our service is the registered office of the company.
