For our existing corporate customers:
In our new shop, we were able to import all customer data. Unfortunately, this wasn't possible for corporate customers with a VAT number.

For new corporate customers:
Please provide your official VAT number.

This is how it works:
We ask you to validate your VAT number in the shopping cart under "Tax Calculation" along with your official email address. Your VAT number will be verified and stored for future orders via this email address.

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK. To inquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 days. We and our suppliers strive to process your order as quickly as possible!

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order in accordance with the right of withdrawal.

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, unworn/unused, with all tags attached and all original packaging included.
